Chef Stephan Zippl recommends a walk through his Re:vier cuisine in 5 or 7 courses. Alternatively, you can put together a 3-course menu or enjoy the Re:vier cuisine to the full in a 9-course degustation menu. The top wines, gourmet apple juices and non-alcoholic cocktails selected by us to go with each dish complete the all-round pleasure package.
